Exhaust Tip Size

I just got a 2012 X3 2.8 for my wife. I am looking for exhaust tips for 2012 model...but I can't find it. Is 2011 tips going to fit on 2012?
Are those same size? Plz let me know. Thanks.

BMW has not yet released the part numbers for the 2012 28i exhaust system, so there is no way to be absolutely, 100.00% sure. However, it's VERY unlikely they changed the exhaust pipe size for 2012, so the 2011 "exhaust finishers" will probably fit.

The best thing to do is probably to ask your parts counter guy or gal if the dealership has installed any on a 2012, or to measure the pipe diameter of your wife's 28i and then compare it to a 2011. I'd bet that it's going to be exactly the same.
