Ouch - similar to what I paid last November at 27,250 miles, which I felt was not good (certainly far less than previous cars, BMW, Audi, etc) but perhaps understandable in view of car's weight and city driving conditions here around London. Warning came on very quickly from some 5,000 miles due, to replacement. Maybe its a bit like ink jet printers - good for the OEM. Next time I will give them a visual check before accepting the warning read out.
