Exclamation Help! Brake Service Reset

My brake service reset indicator on my X3 is driving me crazy! Replaced front discs and pads with Brembo units (great quality and fit) and a new Pagid brake sensor. All seems good except that the reset script has changed from red to amber and states "reset impossible". Any ideas? Possible faulty new sensor?

Had the same issue on my F30 after doing a full brake job, the tech said it was a faulty sensor but I'm not sure they had changed It at all.

Hi,
Always use OEM brake pad sensors. You can also put 480 Ohm resistor for test, than
you can reset brake interval by dash. Turn ignition on, close driver door! (important), press and hold button on cluster until you will show service icons, release button select front brakes and press and hold button on dash until message "Reset?" appear, than release button and press it again and hold until you will see progress bar. After that you can release button

Best regards!
