Impressed with X3 handling

Hi all,
I'm a new X3 35i owner. Traded in my E90M3 because we needed another AWD family car. Long story. Found a fully loaded 1yr old CPO car at the right price that I couldn't pass up. Bittersweet decision.
Anyway, just want to share that I'm impressed with the handling of this X3. I was getting on the freeway and this C5 Corvette beats me to the hairpin on ramp. He was about 3-4 car lengths ahead of me as I entered the on ramp. S\I set the car to Sport mode and taking a late apex, I ended up right up his tail at the exit of the turn. Could've easily passed him as we merged onto the freeway if it weren't for the beer in the trunk rolling around!

So handling X3 with beer is a problem

I find that rolling around with beer happens after drinking too many rounds of beer.
