You'll have to ask the bmw dealership if you can order it in your country. All I can say is that the kit includes the module, intercooler and some small parts. So, it isn't just a plug'n'play module.

Strange... are you sure that it is the kit for 30d you're looking at?
With the intercooler, it sounds like the 20d kit.
