I am new here. I have an active Connected Services package that includes Active Real Time Traffic Information. All online services include automatic map updates, weather, etc. seem to be working fine but the traffic only shows on few roads. It shows green and sometimes red and yellow only on highways but nothing on major and other streets. Didn’t get much help from Connected Drive Support. Did troubleshooting steps and signal resend. Any help appreciated!
