Crankshaft/Flywheel position problem

Good day all.

I just finished throwing a fresh long block in the 2013 x3/F25. I think thats correct. The other engine failed due to a timing issue. It is running now, and will move under its own power, idles fine, I haven't tried to move it more than back and forth in the driveway, but I have several other problems that weren't there before the swap. Camshaft/flywheel positions sensor not working, already replaced it with a brand new one. Stability control light is on, transmission temperature to high warning, can't run the oil level check, random high fuel pressure code. I've cleared to codes and the keep coming back. I also a renegade ground wire below the starter the I can't remember where is goes, but the car wont run without it grounded.

I've looked at so much stuff on the internet, I can't find the answer. Im hoping someone can help me here.

Thanks in advance,

Dave
