Galaxy S7 and your BMW

Does anyone use the Galaxy S7 with their BMW yet. In the market for a new phone and want to get something that plays nice with the car.

What do you mean by "plays nice with the car"?

It "should" be fine. I have a Note 4 and it works very well in the X3. I even get all my emails and text messages on the iDrive system.
Try doing a search on the BMW website. I remember seeing a list of supported (read tested) phones that BMW know will work with different versions of iDrive

I have a S7 - have the bluetooth option and entry HiFi - all works fine - as a telephone - we use the AUX input to connect music from the phone and that too is fine, our i3 has full bluetooth audio so unless BMW do some upgrade I dont think it will happen for us.

The only thing that will not work is the Spotify and Pandora app control from iDrive.
