Sounds high for a 28i. I have a 35i. Same 36 mo, 10k/year. You can see what I have in my sig. We leased back at the end of May, no performance center pick up. We just leased whatever they had on the lot, which might make a difference.

Money factor: .00129
Drive off was $6,000, which included cap reduction, any acquisition fees, taxes on cap reduction, and $995 destination fee. I think my cap reduction came out to about $3,100. I'd be paying about $60 more per month if I only paid a $1,000 cap reduction.
$650 and change/mo (includes 9% tax)

Thanks for the feedback. The money factor now is .00134 (dealer cost). How do you like the M-sport package? I'm thinking of going for it, primarily for the seats.

I like it, the body color trim makes the X3 look a lot better. And I believe you get Sport+ mode that isn't on the X-Line.
