Out of 1 yr storage - No Radio audio (bluetooth included)

A few weeks ago I purchased a friends x3. It was sitting in his driveway for a year. He claimed to have started it every week or so. Nonetheless the audio doesn't work. My bluetooth can connect to the car, however no audio can be heard.

As for the radio, it turns on and is functional, except no audio. My other friend works for Autologic and he scanned the car. Cleared 30 or so faults, but there were none with the radio. In addition to scaning the car he took the car out of 'transport mode' which would disable the a/c and radio. We also coded 'RAD' and still nothing. During scanning the radio responded to Autologic, and every thing tests out but still no audio...

ANY IDEAS???

I have parked cars and mice have chewed the wiring, just a thought. Or perhaps amplifier not working or coming on due to open fuse, I think the white wire is the trigger to turn on the amp, if you have one.
