Almost every car will pull to the right on almost every road. They are built with an Apex in the center for water management. It depends how hard it pulls. Slowly drifting over is normal. I had one of my cars aligned by the most reputable shop around here and it pulls to the right. It wont always if the road is truly level, but 95% of the roads and freeways are built "crooked"
An alignment shop can play with the caster angle of the front wheels so one has more caster than the other side to compensate the car to drive straight on a road with the normal tilt in it.

XRP on the same exact road? I didn't think some of my older cars did it, but pay close attention next time...
It's possible the alignment is off on the X3 ...

You have the Sports Package seats, with adjustable side bolsters? I seem to be having that problem as well with my e90. The first time it happened, it wasn't adjusting at all, and the dealership replaced some parts. Then it seemed to be adjusting only a little bit, and not as much as before, and the technician at the dealership said it is normal for it to operate like that. But that was not how I remebered it was supposed to work. So I think there must be a problem.

It's supposed to chop lumber instead of squeezing it..that's why it won't work..

Question just to check since you mentioned lumbar -- did you check to make sure you're using the proper controls? The side bolsters are controlled by the horizontal rocker that's almost at the front left corner of the seat. The round, "d-pad" control is only for the lumbar itself.
If the rocker doesn't move the side bolsters at all, take it to the dealership. There's a clip of some type that connects the two side bolsters and allows the adjustment to operate. They've been known to pop out on occasion. Easy repair.

How did this go for you? I am 3,000 miles and 30 days in and its still pulling to the right. It's been aligned twice. I'm pretty frustrated right now.

I had my car in yesterday for an with the car drifting to the right with 300 mi on it. They tried swapping tires front to rear & then checked alignment, neither worked. They then said they tried swapping tires on the right side front to back and the drift is now gone. Make me a little nervous about an issue with the tires but it's all documented so if I have a problem later, they should cover it.
