Smile Ideas on protection for rear arear of X3

I'll will occasionally haul my two wonderful dogs in back of my new X3 with the seats down. Any ideas where to go that might have something to protect the rear door sides. I don't mind nose prints on the windows, but would like to protect the wood grain, and door arm rests from their feet.

BMW sells a protector but I don't think it covers the doors. I know I've seen things like this in various catalogs - just do some googling for back seat protectors.

I've been using a black area rug that is water resistant that is just a little wider than the cargo area and a little longer that I roll down ovewr the headrests when I store all my ski equip and boots and bags and stuff. works great. i just take out the rubber cargo mat first.

Sounds like what you're looking for is this (I plan on getting it as well...just haven't gotten around to measuring my window width yet):

I also bought a cheap seat cover on Amazon since I don't really have time to constantly clean and apply protectant to the leather.
