Best way to stream music from an iphone to my 2007 X3

Hi
just bought my first bimmer
2007 X3 30d

has bluetooth for in car calling and aux out in backseat ashtray
it also has some phone connection in the middle storage area between two front seats, in the top part of this area.. above the normal bit... think its where i could plug some sort of phone cord to then connect to iphone?

Im looking for best options to be able to play music from my iphone through the car speakers

have found a few options on there

dice mediabridge seems to be a good one?

is anyone using this?

how are you guys listening to music from ipod/iphone in your X3?

was wondering if anyone has an opinion or was using these solutions

GROM Aux interface with a Bluetooth Dongle. Works amazingly and even allows steering wheel controls of track selelctions over bluetooth wirelessly. Used it for a year now in my 05 X3 and my iphone 5.
