Whenever I use Aux cable to listen to internet radio. I get very annoying crackling sound. It not there when i use my phone with any other car or stream music very bluetooth which volume sound is really low compare to aux audio. My car x3 28I , S8 plus. Please advice.

I have the same issue, don't use Aux, it sucks :P

Does it crackle more or less if you rotate the jack in the aux? Maybe both the aux socket and the jack itself needs cleaning? Dust can cause this to occur, so maybe try using a brush in the aux.
Otherwise there could be a loose connection somewhere.

The low volume on bluetooth might be caused by the hearing protection settings on the phone. I get that until I turn up the volume on the phone and confirm that high volume can damage hearing, after that it goes nice and loud.

Thank you for the suggestion. I did change the cable and dust off Plugs but no help. I tired My son's s7 edge compare to my S8 plus huge difference. No cracking or any sound using different phone but confusing part when i use my phone in my other Honda, no such issues. very confused here.
