I would check for leaks. Soapy water on you charge pipes/intercooler/intake manifold and some revs in sport mode should get boost high enough to cause bubbles where there is a leak.

If the MAP or MAF failed the car would be significantly more unhappy and throw more codes. It won't run right if the sensor is total fubar. Perhaps it's gotten covered in oil due to blow-by and is misreading. Pull it out and clean or just replace it while you're there.

Any other shadow codes that ISTA is showing? I am sure if you're competent enough to use ISTA you'll know that there can be codes that won't throw a CEL. Anything?

I used to get that CEL when I had the DinanTronics Sport Tuner on my car. Pulled it off and no CEL.

Hope you figure it out!

Hi,
At the end what have you done to fix the problem? I have the same issue.

Thanks in advance.

Replaced MAP sensor and increase idle rpm by 100 in ISTA fixed the issue.
