Will Bmw X3 Wheels from F15 Model fit my BMW F25 ?

Depends on which model. The F25 uses different bolt pattern and hub bore size from G01/F97

And as the 2019 is the G01 chassis, they will not fit.

Correction, the wheels are from F15

Not directly compatible. The F15's hub bore is larger than yours so you can run them but you would want hub rings.
