2016 rattle in back - pretty sure it's the rear seat...wtd

So I just picked up a 2016 35i and there is a crazy rattle going on in the back!
I think I diagnosed it to be the rear seat, but was unsure if this is common or how to access/tighten the seat back. Any thoughts?

It's not where it meets the lock to close/fold the seat back its the whole seatback itself being loose.

Surely there's some sort of way to tighten that, or so I would think... Could you post a picture, maybe that'll spark some insight?

Haven't heard of this issue before and I'm mildly well read when it comes to these cars. (SAV's?)

I saw another thread on here recently where the owner thought there was a rattle sound coming from the backseat, only to find out that the rear hatch needed some adjustments made on the bump stops - and the rattle went away...

yeah i saw those and tried a few scenarios. it's definitely the seat. (but who knows once i resolve the seat it might be the hatch as well! haha)
