2016 BMW X3 Won't turn over

I went out to use my 2016 BMW X3 with less than 13,000 miles.

Got in. Lights came on, Connect Screen, etc. Pushed the Start Button and heard a click and the dash screen flashed off and then back on.

No alarms. No error messages in Vehicle status. Nothing. Said vehicle status OK.

Used car yesterday and it was fine.

Doesn't seem like a battery. Vehicle did not turn over. Did not hear any engine turning sound. More like one relay click.

Called roadside assistance and they will take it to the nearest dealer.

Soo . . . what did they say?
free exchange for new loaded model + 10K ?

OR . . . battery was low / recharge or replace at no charge ?

( low usage and short trips ??????? )
