Lease Owners: You Going to Repeat on X3?
Just wondering among those who are leasing your X3, what will you be doing when the lease is up?
If you're moving to an entirely different vehicle, what's on the radar?

For me? I get bored with cars and 3 years is about max for me...
I'm thinking 4 Series M Sport, X4 or Macan next go

About a year left on mine, but the mileage is low (<28000KMs after 2 years) and we put down our Rainier in exchange, so definitely buying at the end of lease.
If the car keeps being this reliable (I've had a few snags, but all fixed) and the dealership keeps being incredible for service, I can't see anything that could compete with it. I usually have a VERY hard time keeping a car more than 3 years as well, but maybe this one will be different. |

Leasing as well.
At the time we selected the X3, BMW offered the best driving experience:value for this size class despite the other marques gaining ground. I don't know how well the X3 will hold up but in my E90 it did fare very well, so I do see a benefit in holding on to this long term, unless our family needs change or I start seeing issues.. I'm treating the 4 year lease as cheap financing with a put option. Last edited by pokerface; 05-21-2013 at 07:07 PM.. |

I haven't voted because I'm not sure what I'm going to do when my lease is up a year from now. I like the NA straight six, but I might be tempted to have a diesel next time. I might also take a look at the 3 Series GT. Then again, I think I'd rather keep the one I have than get a new one with the gas turbo 4.
