Help - Boot Dimensions

is any body here good with a tape measure?

I need to get some custom built dog cages made for my 2014 X3 which I won't get until April

Unfortunately the dog cages have nearly as bad delivery time as the X3 and I need to order them 6 weeks before the car arrives

The BMW dealer near me has no X3s in stock and the next nearest dealer is 60 mile round trip

Could anyone do some detailed measurements of the boot area for me if I give you a diagram - the cage people will make a template so if our measurements are a little out it will get spotted

Any help would be much appreciated

Where about in the UK are you?

If local to me you are welcome to come and have a measure yourself.

I live in the Northwest.....not far from Preston.

If it is too far away send me your drawing and I will sort it for you but I could not look at it until the middle of next week due to other commitments.

If you came to look yourself it would have to be as above.....too busy at the minute to see to you.

Believe it or not I am in Preston on Sunday at Myerscough judging at a dog show - but I have no idea when I will finish.

Middle of next week would be excellent if you could measure it for me.

Thanks very much

I will PM you the drawing
