So, only possitive comments are welcome?....

I mean constructive criticism is welcome but if you're just going to bash the car because it's not your style, it doesn't really benefit me to read it.

When the lights/car is off, the overall redness of the taillights is significantly dimmed. You can still see the inner workings of the taillights though. However, when the brake/signals/running lights are on you can barely tell that the taillights have been tinted. It is only a medium tint.

I like the overall look. That must takes some guts to do it. The most aggressive X3 Ive seen. No longer female driver friendly. LOL.

I like the overall look you've achieved, but I agree with the poster who suggested you need to put bigger wheels on. The blacked out rims make the wheels look smaller than they really are... at least to me eye.

Nice pic, as a minimum the debadging needs to be done. If you had larger rims and the rears staggered this would be killer!

I debadged tonight. The rims and tires are going to stay the same.

I am in the process of "Murdering out" my X3. I am going to take the badges off too. Except the BMW badges of coarse. I am painting the wheels, blacking out the tail lights and I have already blacked out the reflectors and the grille. I thought about wrapping it in a matte black finish...
Looks good man!

Good, the rims are not bad and dont make the car look off but larger ones create a different effect.I saw this in my neighborhood the only Hanman X6 around with 22" and smoked light, matte black, debaged, no BMW logos and it looked looks so stealthy and ubber sick!. See pic attached

I was just going to say that next step is to make it matte black.

Current looks is nice of course. Not overdone.

Here are the only pix I have right now and they aren't the best quality cause they are from cell phone but you still get an idea of what it will look like debadged.

Wife's X3 is sitting next to our old Tahoe (kinda our work truck / tow vehicle now, doesn't see a lot of use), I think I secretly want to paint her X3 wheels black too!

Edit: Just noticed you already debadged. Post up some pix with the badges gone!

Best looking X3 I've seen in awhile! Good job man. Only thing I can comment on is the BMW logos. Makes a blacked out car pop when logos are blacked out or black and white versus blue and black, IMO. Bimmian.com has every color combo..

Nicely done. You have put a lot of work into the X3 making it your own. Enjoy! Looks like the X-Drive Bat-Mobile.

I would have thought so as well, but the blackened wheels actually seem to flow with the tires nicely to create large, all-black wheels where there would otherwise be contrasting white rims on thick, black tires that can dwarf the overall look of the car.

The absence of the X-line package (the roof rails, the chrome surrounds, and other silver/metallic-y bits) on the all black car enhance the look you're trying to go for, which is a practical but low-slung-looking urban crawler. With X-line, there's no question in my mind that the car needs bigger wheels.

This is not necessarily something I would do to my car. Often you'll see "murdered out" cars and actually catch yourself staring at them because of the obnoxious distastefulness, but this car is successful in its subtle execution. Well done. Enjoy!
