Can you help me determine the options on my wife's X3 (just purchased)?

We purchased an X3 for my wife this weekend. XDrive 28i which we really like a lot.

I'm struggling to figure out what "packages" the vehicle has on it. I know it has the M Sport package (but not sport+ setting??), and convenience package? Otherwise I'm really struggling to figure it out.

It has heated seats, navigation, leather, keyless access, parking assist, but basic lights. I can post pictures if it will help.

I have no window sticker for the vehicle so I'm struggling to figure out exactly which packages are on it and if I'm missing some big feature somewhere that we would like to know about.

I think it's MSport, Comfort Access, Convenience Package, maybe the Technology Package since it has the NAV and the upgraded instrument panel?

If it has the tech package isn't there BMW app that allows us to see the vehicle location, lock/unlock the doors, etc?

If you input the VIN number into the decoder tool at the link above, it will generate a list of all of the equipment on your vehicle.

It says we have a lighting package and yet our headlights appear to be Xenon not HID? I'm a bit confused on that one. Heck they might even be halogens? Completely different from the lights on my 335i which has the angel eyes and the swiveling lights.

That helps a lot, looks like we have the tech package so I need to figure out the BMW app thing.

If you have the lighting package, you should have the angel eyes (and Xenon/HID, not halogen). Be sure you have automatic headlights set to see the Angel eye DRLs in daytime. If the DRLs are the high beams, not angel eyes, you don't have the package.

These are halogen, the VIN decoder was wrong or I misread it. These are def halogen, my 335i has the lighting package.

thank you, ours says "Lights Package" but does not have Xenon on the list.

What shows as 563 Lights Package is listed in the Pricing Guide as Ambiance Lighting. That will be interior lighting, and possibly the down lights in the door handles and the bottom of the doors (when open).
