It's funny, I asked the same thing a while back, and people told me BMW must have done it on purpose for some safety reason, and why would I want it set up that way...
Yet I just drove a 2016 Golf R, that allows you to do exactly that. It remembers the last setting for the brake auto hold. |

Is it possible to code the DRLs to be at full brightness with the LED headlights on or just increase the brightness to 100% anyway on X3s? I have looked everywhere and cannot find a way to make this happen?

DRL's should already be at 100%. If you are talking about halos, there is coding so they remain at 100% rather than dimming with headlamps. Coding varies by type of headlamps, country, and chassis.
