P0305 after valve cover and spark plugs replacement

Hi all,

Just completed OFHG, valve cover (genuine BMW) and spark plugs (Bosch ZR5TPP33) replacement on my 2011 X3 35i. Everything went well even though this is my very first time ! While I had no issues with spark plugs even after 75k miles, I thought I would change them while I am there. Getting P0305 CEL (cylinder 5 misfire) with drive train malfunction warning in vehicle status. Found fuel leaking from feed line 5, loosened and re-tightened it and now no fuel is leaking from that line. However, the P0305 CEL is staying on with car doing rough idling.
Can you please suggest what should I do next ?
1. Switch ignition coils
2. Replace spark plug 5 with a new or old one?
3. Disconnect MAF sensor
4. Any other suggestions
Wish it was any other cylinder other than 5 or 6 ! Now I have to disassemble intake pipes !
