That's great. I've never gone over 25 mpg, but then I've never driven 65mph for that many miles. Hardly anyone drives that slow on the highways around here.

It was irritating having Prius' passing, usually it had been average 24.7 mpg with minimal use or no cruise control, just steady speed, then I got 27 mpg with more use of CC. This time I was determined to go as far as possible on CC. So it can be had with the 28i.

Has anyone with a 35i experienced 30+ mpg? 35i is supposed to get 1 mpg better than the 28i but I wonder if that's true outside a lab environment.

35i drivers, let us know!

I have the X3 28i and I got 29.6 driving 70 and it dropped to 26.5 when I pushed it to 77. Driving accross Kansas which is pretty flat. How do you like the Michlen Primacy tires? I put them on my 328i and thought they were great and they did increase my gas milage from the bridgestone rft to the non rft Michlen by 3 miles to the gal.

So far so good I guess on the Michelin's, I picked up a nail in the driver side rear tire at 5K miles, the sensor system did indicate by telling me there was a drive trans malfunction, strange huh, took it to the BMW dealer, after checking the entire car they finally discovered the nail and the tire had 9 lbs of air, said they didn't do tires but recommended a performance tire place that did the repair for $15 and reset the TPS for free.
