BMW App for iphone

Hi,

Just got a 2013 X3 28i, and am wondering if anyone got the free BMW remote app to work. I am in Canada. When I loaded my app and enter all my BMW assist info, I only have options for google, locking/unlocking, flash headling, locate vehicle. But don't see option for "precondition" which includes setting the parked vent timer option. It is clearly in the demo as well as listed that my 2013 X3 is supported . I wonder if this is only a UK only option or something I need to do (perhaps upgrading the software)

This feature is not available in US and Canada.
