This has been covered and it is confusing. In the USA, unless you have DHP, there is no change to the suspension. The toggle on the center console will adjust throttle response, transmission shift points, steering assist level and sport + mode will modify the dynamic stability control.

If you have DHP then the suspension will change as the dampers are adjustable.
