Best SA at BMW That I've Had in SoCal

If you are close to the SoCal inland area give the new dealership in Murrieta a try. Victoria the service advisor was very good, none of the attitude that I have encountered at other BMW dealers. Even had the service tech on the speaker phone to answer questions. Good coffee too.

Did you get your software update at this dealership?

Yes, this is where is was done. SA was unaware of service bulletin, but gladly ask to keep a copy and show the shop foreman. No questions asked. Job complete.

You are right, there are very few SAs like Victoria. Most of them argue and try to avoid updates.

We have my wife's 535 up in your area and have had good experience at Mountain View BMW.
