Windshiel wipers jump when engine is shut off
I suppose I could read the manual but I was just thinking about this so I thought I'd post. When I turn off the engine, my windshield wipers move back and forth just a few mm. why is that? Is that temperature related?

It's a feature. Doesn't happen every time I shut off the engine with mine, but basically it's to keep the wipers from getting stuck after sitting in one place for a long time.

Do you think it's temperature related? Seems like mine only does it when it's colder out. I'll have to pay more attention to that as the weather starts to warm up. Thanks.
