Not a BMW owner yet, looking to purchase automatic X3 2016 20d M sport however some concerns about things not sure I should be concerned of. Tried doing some research online and by calling dealers however still left with some questions, would appreciate some quick advice which will help make informed decision (end of today)

1. No maintenance book, all servicing on idrive - checked with bmw dealership was advised this model should come with manual and maintenance book too

2. Missing interval services - after contacting BMW dealership confirmed last break service in 2019 and last major service was done in 2020. Possible that further service was done elsewhere but will ask for paperwork from dealership (sellers are non bmw). They have agreed to do full service before we take it away. If hasnt been serviced since 2020 should I be concerned and good enough reason to walk away?

3. Car was originally stated 73.5k online (by error) and after putting deposit and verbally committing to purchase, this was amended reflecting 5k jump to mileage. Our max stretch when looking for car was 70k but we pushed a little more and decided to check this car out. Tried to negotiate the purchase price more reflective of this however they assterively refused on the basis that 5k for a car like this is insignificant, are we being unreasonable?

4. Timing chain - if this has not been changed or there is no paperwork to show it has, will this be due very soon after I purchase ?
