Painted grill?
Just curious if anyone has seen any X3's out there with grills painted to match the body color? I dont care for the standard grill on my 2011 X3, and dont really like the standard all black performance grill that is available. My X3 is Deep Sea Blue Metallic, so I am considering leaving the chrome ring as chrome but painting the vertical slats Deep Sea Blue Metallic as well for a subtle change.
Just need to find a decent paint shop so it doesnt look like a crappy spray paint job. |

I haven't seen one done that way, but I think it would look good! Bottom line is, it's your car and if you like it, what difference does it make what others think ? I say go for it.
