Adaptiv Multimedia and Navigation OEM Upgrade for BMW 1/3/4/5 Series, X3 2010+


Adaptiv is a new brand from Connects2, which allows extensive multimedia and navigation upgrades to the OEM screen. A plug and play, all in one interface adds Navigation, Bluetooth, iPod/iPhone, USB/SD and Aux inputs as well as support for an aftermarket reverse camera to your OEM head unit.

For BMW:
1 Series (F20) 2012+: Head Unit / System: 6.5 Control Display. Vehicles with OEM Aux input only. For LVDS HSD+2 Pin Connector only.
3 Series (F30) 2012+: Head Unit / System: 6.5 Control Display. Vehicles with OEM Aux input only. For LVDS HSD+2 Pin Connector only.
4 Series (F32) 2014+: Head Unit / System: 6.5 Control Display. Vehicles with OEM Aux input only. For LVDS HSD+2 Pin Connector only.
5 Series (F10) 2011+: Head Unit / System: 6.5 Control Display. Vehicles with OEM Aux input only. For LVDS HSD+2 Pin Connector only.
X3 (F25) 2010+: Head Unit / System: 6.5 Control Display. Vehicles with OEM Aux input only. For LVDS HSD+2 Pin Connector only.


NAVIGATION

The GPS navigation uses the latest iGO Primo USA & Canada mapping.

REVERSE CAMERA

An aftermarket reverse camera input is included, which allows plug and play installation of an aftermarket camera through the OEM head unit.

VIDEO

A wide variety of video formats are supported when playing through SD or USB, including MPEG, AVI, MP4 and WMV.

AUX INPUT

The Aux input allows connection of any external device via composite video/audio input.

SD CARD

The SD card input allows playback of a wide variety of audio, video and image files. Audio files supported are MP3, AAC, FLAC, APE, Video – MPEG, AVI, FLV, WMV, MP4, MKV, OGM, Image – JPEG, PNG, GIF. Album art is also supported in audio playback mode.

USB

The USB input allows playback of a wide variety of audio, video and image files. Audio files supported are MP3, AAC, FLAC, APE, Video – MPEG, AVI, FLV, WMV, MP4, MKV, OGM, Image – JPEG, PNG, GIF. Album art is also supported in audio playback mode. USB mode can also be used for software updates of the both the Adaptiv interface and also the Navigation software.



OPTIONAL ADD-ONS

Bluetooth
The add-on Bluetooth module (currently available for BMW only) allows both hands-free calling and music streaming via A2DP. The hands-free function allows the user to view and dial from their phonebook, view recents, favorites, voice dial, and also dial via the onscreen keypad. The module is also supplied with a microphone, which can be installed in a suitable location. The A2DP streaming feature, allows the user to play and control all their music wirelessly from a compatible A2DP smartphone/music device.

Do you have a showroom location where I can take a look at this system? I am located in Henderson, NV. I had an //AVIN android based head unit in my Mercedes and it was an under-performer. I'd be hesitant to purchase a unit like this without seeing it first hand.

We do not have a customer front only warehouse

I saw these systems at SEMA and i was really impressed.
I was getting one for my car, then one of our shippers Joe wanted one for his car.
So i ended up signing a dealer contract with them and so far the feedback has been really good
