Shorted positive and probably blew something

Replaced valve cover and during reassembly and slipped wrench and spark/shorted out when installing the positive cable on the passenger side. The smaller upper one behind the black cap. Car won't start but turns over.
These are the codes:

DME active codes -
133102 - Valvetronic relay, activation: Short circuit to ground.
138102 - Exhaust flap, activation: Short circuit to ground.
1B5202 - Supply, terminal 15N_1: Short circuit to ground.
1B5302 - Supply, terminal 15N_2: Short circuit to ground.
1B5402 - Supply, terminal 15N_3: Short circuit to ground.
1F0515 - Valvetronic, supply voltage: Line disconnection.
1F4A02 - Relay, ignition and injectors, activation: Short circuit to ground.

Any thoughts on which fuses, relays or modules to check?

Could be a loose connection but it did start at one point before the short, when I was checking the injector lines for leaks.

Just a shot here. Try disconnecting the negative battery cable for 30 seconds, reconnect, cross fingers and try to start.

It's the red B+ junction box on top of the battery. Confirmed one of the internal fusable links is blown. I maquivered in a bypass with a fuse to test and it runs fine. Don't trust that so will order a new one and park it for a few days. Interesting that these could be repairable if one could source those fused male spade connectors but can't find anything online with the info off the connector. GHW 13467, 13466, GF30.
