If your dealer has a modifiable allocation for one, you could get it at the beginning of the month

Yeah I thought it would be a little better than that but still not bad.

Still on my first gas tank but I do all local roads and have been getting 32-33 mpg driving in Comfort, and I don't drive slowly. Not sure why they sandbagged these ratings, but city rating is way, way too low and the engine isn't even broken in yet. Will update on highway at some point. I am very happy I went with the diesel: usable performance is awesome (I don't do 0-60 runs, and do 30-50 passes regularly).

I'm convinced going with the diesel as well!

mpg will go up

In my experience as a diesel owner of several cars over the last 25 years - mpg numbers (city and hwy) usually go up as the engine breaks in (I'm sure many on here have experienced this too). Some engines (thinking about you Isuzu) increased as much as 20% more after break-in...

I think these numbers are great as a starting number. My mother-in-law is picking up her 28d next week at the welcome center and I'm looking forward to seeing how it drives/rides!
