Strange Sound under driver seat

Hey guys,

I’m going to post a video but I’m on mobile. This morning, upon start up I noticed an incredibly annoying sound under the driver seat. It can’t be heard outside the car. It’s speeds up with rpm. Any idea what it can be?

I would have guessed a fan that has a bad bearing, but nothing to back that up…
