Squeal during accel. in sport mode

Hi I'm new to the forum and first post everyone. I've owned the 2011 x3 35i from new and love it except for an annoying squeal on acceleration in sport mode only. It happens mostly on medium accel and mostly 1st to second and second to third gear. There have been posts before on this subject but I didn't see if anyone had found an answer to fix this. It has become so annoying .It sounds more like a belt squeal than turbo noise to me . Any help would be appreciated.thx..

Have you already had your dealer look at it?

Yes twice over three years .Tech heard it but nobody can say what it is for sure .Took another x3 out to compare and same sound but not nearly as loud as mine Sort of keeping my eye on it . it is not a pleasant turbo noise whine (if it is the turbo). Love the engine sound but that squeal takes the joy of it away just like a belt squeak would.
