Hi, all

I'm about to order a 2013 X3 35i.
But, I want to get the BMW Drive for Team USA discount.
Unfortunately, most dealers in the Northeast are not hosting the event until July or August.
I want to know if I can attend the event in a different dealer, since I'll be in North Carolina next month where they're hosting the event during June.
After the event, can I apply the discount in a different dealer back in NYC.

Also, do I have show the coupon or voucher at the time of order?
Or, can I ordered the X3 first, and present the coupon before I take delivery?

Any help will be appreciated, thanks.

You get a code in your email after you do the drive, and I think the code is tied to your name. I just got my code yesterday (my dealer did the drive on Tuesday) and I'm planning on ordering my X3 in the next couple weeks. From what I can tell, you can use the code at any BMW dealership, not just the one who hosted the event.

Do you know if you have to present the code at the time of order?
Or, can you order first and then present the code before delivery?

I'm trying to order as soon as possible, since there's at least 4-6 week wait for production and delivery.
So, I'm hoping to order before before the test drive event.

That one I don't know. I would just ask your salesperson. You may be able to put down the deposit to get the order in the queue, then when you do all the financing or whatever you might be able to present the code then.

You have to attend the event first before ordering. This is from the coupon code email I received.

Offer Code 1 can be used towards purchase of MY12 or MY13 models excluding MY13 3 Series xDrive Sedans. Offer Code 2 can be used towards purchase of MY13 328i xDrive Sedan or MY13 335i xDrive Sedan. BMW Drive for Team USA Allowance is available on all new 2012 and 2013 BMW models and can only be redeemed by individuals who participate in a scheduled BMW Drive for Team USA event and is non-transferable. The offer is valid from April 17, 2012 through October 31, 2012 on the lease or purchase of all eligible models except 2012 3 Series xDrive Sedans. Offer may be redeemed at an authorized BMW Center for Stateside (U.S.) delivery only and cannot be used for European delivery. Definately Yes, I went to a different dealer as I was not able to when my center was having the event. The email takes about a week so don't get too anxious (like I did) waiting for it. I used the $1000 towards my X3 order, it helped alot as there are no good incentives on this vehicle right now

I can't believe the APR from BMW Financial.

With super elite credit, I can only get 3.99, when other brands are offering me 0.9 or 1.9!!

I know right? I was hoping to get a loyalty Money Factor discount at least. This new X3 will be my 7th new BMW! Well, just saying that makes me feell pretty good. But that doesn't make the payments! Since I'm getting mine in June and if the deals are better I have the option to switch to whichever is better. Not counting on it tho

But, the X3 and X5 are hot sales right now.
I don't think there will be any deals on these two X-models until maybe year end.
