Im going to get the seatbelt chime removed, tire pressures unlocked and window close from fob. Anything else useful?
Any way to have the parked car ventilation activate from the fob?

Auto-fold the mirrors
Close gate through fob and driver button
Shut off window roll-up safety on door open
unlock door when engine stop
siable idrive disclaimers

if you have hud:
enable blinkers, entertainment choice, incoming call id, recent callers in hud

No, the ventilation is from the mobile app only. The avenue that command takes to get to the car is via cell connection from bmw-assist, not via RF from fob.

I have my bmw remote and there is no precondition option. It was in the demo but I don't see it after I logged in... Am I missing something?

In the US you can only precondition with the non-official (because it isn't available here in the US) Android app. Out of luck if you have an iPhone.

This is the first I've heard that. Can you see your music menu from the iPhone? Select song choices, etc?

Whatever function the scroll wheel on the steering wheel has, is put up on the hud (normally down on the cluster), I've no idea how iPhone behaves with that, but I know in my case I can change radio station favorites and change tracks on the media.
