Does anyone have the auxiliary heating option n their X3?

page 5 of the accessories catalogue states there is an option for auxiliary heating giving the option to heat the car prior to use.

Ay help much appreciated.

To my knowledge we don't get the independent heating option in the UK, and not just the X3 models. Certainly not listed as an option on RealOEM for European RHD models.

What you do get in the diesel model, is the auxiliary electric (PTC) element in the HVAC system, hence the faster cabin warm up with engine running, than you'd have without it.

Good to see you can spec this option in the UK finally.. seems the UK have woken up to the fact we're now getting colder weather than before.

How long before we can the ability to plug the car in overnight like I've seen in NA

One option I never expected I would regret not having.. heated steering wheel.. that has now made my list of must have options.. I remember the days when we didn't even get A/C
