19" M6 replicas on x4

Hello & welcome

I know it sounds stupid but i did it anyway

I hate the stretched look of the 20" stock wheels. I was looking for smaller wheels to add more rubber and I've found a set of 19" m6 replicas and gave it a shot.

Here is the photos

Love it or hate it.. I actually didn't think it would look like that. Happy with it.

I don't get it! What is "stretched look" on 20" for X4?

Can you explain on my 310:s?

The rear wheels are 10" wide and yet they fit 275/35 on it. its just doesn't look right whenever i look at it. I dont know if its from my tyres but the wheels stick out more. here is a photo.

You have to take a photo from back or front to be able to see it.

There are a lot of people, like me, that paid a lot of money, to get that look.

What bothers me in your rear end (picture above) is one-side exhaust and body up in the air.

Enclosed picture is with 18" winterwheels, which is not as my 20".

Luckily, I still have lowered vehicle and M Performance exhaust even during winter.

How did you lower your car.. I don't want the ride to be worse than what it is now. I find it too firm at times. Would lowering the car can affect ride quality?

H&R springs.

Yes, since I did not install shorter shocks, I am closer to rubber bumpstops, which, occasionally, gives me somewhat rough ride.

Im with you on this one man, even though they said 275 35 20 i see other suvs with 18s or 19s that obviously have bigger and wider tires than our car, not sure why lol, but they definitely need to be stretched out more for a more aggressive look. I thought about doing the x6 setup 275/35/20 front and 315/40/20 but who knows we will see,
