Please school me briefly on X3's Handling

The creaking is very common. Took me a couple of tries but I got rid of most of the noise with some felt tape.

Get a roll of this (or something similar). Super useful around the car and house.

They seem to have fixed it. I drove it home without a peep from it. I'll have to look in the daytime at it and see what they did.
