Front passenger window require 2 presses to go down?

Hi guys,

I have a minor issue when I try to pull the window down for the front passenger, for my driver window I just need to press one time. The front passenger sometimes takes 2 press downs for it to start moving. First press I can hear a sound where it tries to move down but it doesn't until I press again.
What kind of problem could that be? I might call up the dealership for it to take a look.

anyone having such issue?

Take it in. Shouldn't be that way. Search the forum and you'll find others with window problems where the actuator fails and the window gets stuck open.

Reset it, there is a thread about resetting window regulators. You had to close it fully, hold the down button past resistance point for 10 seconds and immediately holy the up button past resistance point until it fully closes. Hope this helps.
