Slow oil leak

Any ideas? Is that panel slowly leaking and need a new gasket?

I reused the bolt last oil change, think that could be the issue?

I also see more oil further up on the oil pan, could I need the new oil pan bolts?

Solutions welcome, thx! 2008 E83, N52 3.0 engine

Look higher. Have a professional look at it, It could be coming from on top and moving down.
