Unhappy Post Hail Damage Blues

Fellas,

I have two questions that I must preface with this:

Unfortunately after I experienced hail damage, the local bodyshop got their paws on my baby and totally messed her up. The paint looks hideous and the black trim seems to have gotten very dull.

Questions:
1-What do you recommend and/or use on the black 'plastic' trim around the vehicle. You know, to keep it nice and shiny like when new.
2- Does BMW sell original BMW paint? The body shop I went to claimed they didn't...

Thanks in advance!

I keep my black trim wiped down with Black magic or Mequires trim.
