Love my X3
Just picked up my car and I love it ! Silver / chestnut , steering is just fine was worried a little , went from a E92 328xi with the 18 in wheels and this is so much better in some ways , with the coupe in 2 years I needed 1 wheel to replace and three tires , NJ roads stick ! other wise I loved the car ,

Everybody have to suffer a little more until I take some pics , until then all I have say I am very happy with my colors I choose silver , chestnut , and the dark wood , when I went to pick up my car there were two couples trying the buy my car just by the color combo , chestnut very nice ! My car is a X28i also that I am happy with the power , trans very smooth , sun roof opens in not on top of the car , driving for few hours really enjoying how it rides , can't be happier , hope to hold on to this for a long while , bought not leased

Congrats on your new car! As with others, I look forward to pics. That's hilarious that they were trying to buy your car! Kinda boosts the fun of picking it up, no?

. I left the door unlocked mistake on my part and there was a couple seating in my car waiting for there sales men and another waiting outside the car for there salesmen , they both really like the car like I do ! I went back to my car a saw all that and told them it's my and I ordered it and had to wait two and half months they were disappointed , chestnut is a special order color , I felt a-little happy it was my car not that I was one of the couples that just got the news that it's a special Order and you have wait , first day all my friends and family love it to , my brother which has always a 5 seres is thinking about get one , thumps up to BMW ! Great job !

Congrats Mike185! I'm really looking forward to your pics. How are you liking the dark wood trim? I've yet to see that in person or from owner pics on the forums yet.

Congrats Mike185! I will take my 28i delivery hopefully by next weekend, ordered on 11/9. It's on the truck to NY dealer now.
BTW, do you have the chrome exhaust tips installed at the time of delivery? If so, what's the part number? My CA said not available at least in the dealer part dept as of now. Thanks. |

I'll mention pics again . . . .
While it's truly fun to hear you enjoying your car, and it increases my confidence in my own order, the pictures are essentially a pacifier or a fix I need to help me get through the wait for my own car!! Don't leave us wannabes hanging too long! (all meant in good fun, in case that's not clear in writing) |
