Are you due for new tires? You could spend the Xtra 100.00 per tire for run flats and get real peace of mind

In an accident, I spare tire held in with a "bungee" can become a deadly projectile. Secure it properly with at least a heavy duty ratchet strap Then there's the jack and lug wrench that need to be properly secured.

…don't forget the jack and lug nut wrench, $179 from this supplier, ugh!

Buy a used BMW scissor jack off Ebay, etc. - I got used E39 jack a couple years ago for about $35.

Spare tire stowage

Modern Tire could never confirm delivery on my spare tire assy,so when I received a follow up email from bimmerzone offering free shipping for the same product, I received it 3 days later. Decided to lay spare on floor and secure it to the floor in the track with the slotted hooks that are there,Added a shelf over spare to still utilize the rear space.Yes ,can’t beat piece of mind
