Did I get a good lease deal?

2015 X3 x28:

xLine
mineral white
prem package
tech package
lighting package
cold weather package
Driver assist
Driver assist plus
Rear window shades

$0 down
Car price=$52,300 (MSRP=$54,800)
Starting MF= .0015, then used 7 MSD's to lower MF.

===
$806/month

Best, good, or bad deal? Thanks.

Average deal. The no money down part is nice but you pay too much cap cost.

The invoice price for your car is around $50400, since you didn't put any money down, it kind of offset the high cap cost. Its actually a pretty good deal considering there is currently no factory incentives. If you can wait, the 2016 X3 will be coming out in a few months and there should be some factory incentives for the 2015.

Seems high. My sticker was around 46, out nothing down except first payment and my 3-year, 36k mile lease is around 550/month.

What is the term?

Also, out of curiosity, what is the total cost of financing?

In Canada, by law, the offer has to state the total interest and they usually list it as "cost of borrowing." I'm not sure if that's the case elsewhere, although it would be pretty shady not to include it.

It's just something to consider before putting zero down on a $50k car.

I'm going to be in the market soon. Is $300-$500 over invoice not achievable today on a 2015?

It depends on how competitive in your area is. Here in Boston, there are probably 5 to 6 BMW dealer within an hour drive and $500 above invoice is certain obtainable.

Here on LI/Queens there are at least 10 dealerships within 15-45 minutes. Tons of BMW dealerships! Yes, getting at invoice or even below invoice on a factory built car is normal here. Well, for me it was.

X28
Xline
Cold weather
Premium
Tech
Driver assist
Driver assist plus
Lighting
Rear window shades

Msrp=$54,800
Offered price = $52,000
MF= .0013
$0 down
Monthly including tax=$810

Good deal?

Your Payment Went Up, Same Msrp. How Is This A Better Deal?

What Happened To The Msd???? You Get Those Back At The End Of The Term. .

Make Sure To Not Have Them Apply The Dollars As Cap Cost Reduction.

Long story from my original post, but that $806/month included the MSDs. The monthly payment I just posted ($793/month) does not yet include the MSD's. If I include the MSDs, the payment goes to $747.
