Pirelli P Zero Nero non-run flats..any good?
Its time to finally swap out my good year LS2 with something better. I'm getting a great deal on the Pirelli P Zero Nero 98W non-fun flats All Season
http://www.pirelli.com/tires/en-us/c...ason#/overview Anyone had experience with this tire on the F25? I know that the load is less than the LS2 and its not run flats, but I assume this shouldn't be an issue? I have the conti confortkit just in case anyways. thanks |

Is the p zero really all-season? I thought they are summer tyres only. I'm putting my p zero non run flat summer tyres on next week. Should be a great tyre.

It's advertised as a all-season tire but snow performance is not good, which is not an issue for me as i have separate winters.
Let me know atrueb what you think of the tires once you put them on, i'd like to hear your review. |

I use PZERO's in the summer, and I also change to PZERO's for winter tyres too.
Both are RF. I just bought 2 new front summer's this week, and was surprised to see that they are now half the price than they were last time I bought them. These are the tyres my car was supplied with, and plan to keep them standard. The first set lasted me approx 28k miles IIRC. Onzie *Edit* Sorry guys my mistake. I'm actually running Pirelli Sottozero 245/50 R18 100H M+S on my winter alloys. Hoping to change them over next week

There are two types of p zero's. One is summer only and the other is all-seasons.

Just replaced the original Bridgestone's with the all seasons Pirellis RF. Thought the Bridgestone's were pretty good, but couldn't pass up the price and reviews on the Pirelli's. Rides and handles better. I got almost 50K with the Bridgestone's, so here's to hope.

Just put a like-new set of 20" PZeros on and I could not be happier. The car handles noticeably better. It's definitely tighter.

My impression of my 19" p zero non-rf summer tyres is definitely good. The ride is much more plush than with my 19" Dunlop runflat winter tyres.... The stiff sidewalls of the runflats passes on too much feedback from the roadsurface for my liking. However the less stiff non-rf absorb certain vibrations and cracks on the road, resulting in a more smooth ride and the car feels more solid to me. it just feels more "premium".
