Does anyone know if 7 1/2 X 17 2014 X1 wheels will work on my 2017 X3 x28i? We drive gravel roads and would like a taller side wall. Currently running 245/45-19.

I did more digging and found that X1s use a 12mm stud and X3s use a 14mm stud. The X1 wheel set on Craigslist for $190 was a good deal . Oh well.

just go with 18" X3 wheels. Not sure 17" will clear the calipers.

I have 17 inch wheels on my X3. Tire size is 245/55R17. Clear the calipers just fine.

17" clears the calipers unless you have the upsized sport package brakes.

I learned the hard way that 18" is the minimum size for those...

Lug bolts will still likely work. I have E90 (2007-12 3 series) Style 162 18x8 wheels on all 4 corners for my winter setup and the 14mm bolts thread fine.

You need to use a wheel offset calculator and figure out if the offset of the X1 wheel is within spec for the F25.

Size: 423.9 KBThe X1 17" wheels fit perfectly and I bought them for $40 each. Just had Discount Tire mount new Falken Wildpeak A/T Trail 235/60-17 tires.
