Nav Screen Night & Day mode

Hi All,

Has anyone changed their 'Day' view Nav display to permanently night?

It is an option in the in-car Nav set-up and through Connected Drive services.

I have tried changing my screen to Night permanently as I prefer the color scheme. However, it doesn't appear to work and I get a daytime screen permanently.

Has anyone else tried this with success?

Thanks,
Ian

Icontroller to Navigation, then Map.

If you have the screen in split mode you can not get to the options screen, otherwise once you have the map in full screen, move the controller to the right for the options screen.

Got to settings. My settings show day/night mode.
Day mode
Night mode
Automatic

I have automatic selected.

Thanks for your reply firman. I have tried selecting night mode from the Nav screen and also externally on connected drive. All I can get is Day mode displayed.

I wonder if anyone else has had this problem?

I complained about this with my old 335. I was told at the time that night mode doesn't work with traffic turned on. Turn off traffic and night mode will work.

Thanks for the tip. I will try turning traffic off and see if it works.
